Effective 25 July 2026

Website terms

These terms apply to the Garden Desk project website and public synthetic demo. By using them, you agree to use them responsibly and understand their current limits.

Demonstration only

The public demo is illustrative. It does not run a model, process real files, or represent a released desktop product. Sample output is synthetic and may be incomplete or wrong. Downloads are not yet available.

No professional advice or automated decisions

Website and demo content is not legal, medical, clinical, financial, accounting, employment, or other professional advice. Do not use it to make automated hiring, eligibility, treatment, legal, or financial decisions. A qualified person must review any generated output and the original source material.

Your responsibility

Use the site lawfully. Do not enter confidential, personal, customer, credential, or vulnerability information into public channels. You are responsible for decisions made from demonstration content and for independently verifying it.

Open-source license and branding

Repository source is offered under Apache License 2.0. That source license does not grant rights to the Garden Desk name, product mark, or other branding.

Third-party services and links

GitHub hosts this site and the linked repository. Other linked sites have their own terms and privacy practices. The Garden Desk project is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or policies.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and demo are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Vault Desk project is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from their use.

Changes and contact

These terms may change as the project develops. The effective date above identifies the current version. For ordinary, non-sensitive questions, use the GitHub issue tracker. Security reports must follow the security policy.
